Waller High School serves ninth through twelfth grade students with a comprehensive academic program designed to accommodate the wide variety of learning styles and interests common to a diversified student population. Program highlights include Dual Credit and Advance Placement courses, Tech-Prep School-To-Work programs, and articulation agreements with the Lone Star College System. WHS offers quality integrated technology education and in 2005, the WHS Computer Science Team won the primarily 5A Texas Computer Education Association Large Division State Championship as well as the State 4A UIL Computer Science Championship for the second year in a row. WHS Girls Wrestling were the State Dual Champions in 2008.  WHS Varsity Football Team advanced to the State Quarterfinals in 2007-2008, and the WHS Band qualified for the State Marching Contest in 2008.  WHS students are offered the opportunity to participate in an extensive array of extracurricular activities ranging from fine arts to athletics and agriculture. Additional T.A.K.S. practice is provided through Saturday study sessions and individual tutoring before and after school. Students are also offered several opportunities to recover lost credit with the ANYWHERE online learning system afterschool.

     The mission of Waller High School is to create a winning combination equating students plus teachers plus parents in an effort to provide the educational development for the whole child. They will be provided the opportunity to develop intellectually, physically, and socially regardless of their abilities, environments, or national origins. We have a genuine belief in each student’s ability to learn, and will equip students with the basic skills and concepts to function as a responsible member in our changing society.

"WALLER HIGH FOREVER"
 “Waller high forever,
That is our name;
Never, no, never,
Shall we lose our fame
Rah, Rah, Rah!
So, we cheer forever
On to victory;
For we are bound together,
Till eternity.”
